We offer one level of service for the U.S. market: "Standard" (3-10 days) We offer one level of service for the Canadian market: "Standard" (7-10 days). We offer one level of service for the International market: "Standard" (10-14 days). These lead times are estimates only and may vary based on prevailing conditions (e.g. weather, carrier problems, etc.).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please send merchandise back to PA Convention Center Authority, Attention: Gift Shop 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107 with packing slip and reason for return.
